Help managing your subscription

If you are experiencing a technical issue preventing us from activating your requested subscription to Ball State's emergency text notification system, please refer back to the Manage your subscription page and check the following:
  • Is the mobile phone number listed with your account accurate and up-to-date? 
  • Have you sent yourself a test message to determine if your phone is receiving texts from the university?
  • Have you checked to make sure your mobile phone provider is on our list of supported mobile phone providers
If you have attempted to troubleshoot the problem with these steps and are still having problems, then contact the Technology HelpDesk for additional assistance by visiting www.bsu.edu/helpdesk where you may review the IT knowledge base or submit a ticket to request assistance. You may also contact the Technology HelpDesk by calling 765-285-1517 or by stopping by Tech Center, located in Bracken Library room 101.
