The Muncie’s own professional orchestra had tripled its programming activities from 6 to 18, presented two sold-out concerts in Sursa Hall, and enjoyed increased participation in free community programs.

The excitement keeps building and according to MSO’s Artistic Director Douglas Droste
“The 2014-15 season will be another dynamic array of concerts. Debussy, Prokofiev, Bartok, an all-Broadway concert at Minnetrista, Holiday Pops with Jennie DeVoe, Video Games Live! among many others- we've got something for everyone."

The Symphony will offer over 20 events next season, August through June. Subscription options include two series: 5-concert classical series and 3-concert chamber series. If you are looking to join MSO for a free event, don't miss three outdoor concerts (Minnetrista, Downtown, BSU Arts Terrace), three chamber concerts at Westminster Village, youth music competition, free children’s concert, and 40 small ensemble visits to Muncie and Delaware County Schools.
In addition, MSO will perform full orchestra concerts in Greentown (Howard County) and will present a special event "Video Games Live" in Muncie in partnership with Emens.
