Are you interested in leadership? Do you have a desire to get more involved at Ball State? Do you want to network with other campus leaders, Ball State staff and nationally recognized speakers?

If so, then consider joining Excellence in Leadership (EIL)! EIL is a developmental, emerging leaders program which challenges students to analyze their leadership identity, examine multiple leadership styles, and work effectively in groups. The program lasts four semesters and is divided into two phases. While students are encouraged to participate in all four semesters, it is not required. You can participate in EIL for course credit or as an extracurricular activity. Credits are awarded one per semester.

Some of our past participants have been SGA leaders, leaders of fraternities and sororities, Orientation Leaders, on Homecoming Steering Committee, and much, much more!

Phase 1 of EIL begins on Monday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m. in Cardinal Hall and all workshops will take place on Mondays at 7:00 p.m.!

If you’re interested, please RSVP here to attend our information session on Monday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m. We will have free food and will be giving away Ball State goodies and several Apple iPods!
