Curt Grams, Director of Camp Yale

"A leader without followers is just a person taking a walk.” Good followers help create good leaders. This presentation will offer a model of followership and explain why leaders and followers are both critical to any organization.

For over 20 years, Curt has been working with youth and adults from various organizations across the country. He currently serves at the Director of Camp Yale in Winchester, Indiana. His passion to see lives changed has driven Curt to create camps that serve as a catalyst for change in a person's life. Curt is passionate about leadership, team building and helping young adults embrace change to make an impact in the world around them.

A complete list of this semester's workshops is available here.
