TechTime (Bracken Library, room 101) offers assistance to students who are having difficulties with their personal computers. Knowledgeable students and Graduate Assistants will help you diagnose the problem and engage you in resolving it. We can help you remove a virus, install software, upgrade or repair your operating system, setup a connection to Ball State’s wireless network, or assist you with other technology-related issues. TechTime staff can also help with memory upgrades and minor hardware repair.
