Are you graduating this semester?

Spring Commencement will be Saturday, May 3, 2014.

The main ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. on the Fine Arts Terrace, followed by college ceremonies at various locations on campus. Tickets are not required for any ceremony.

You may pick up a name reader card from your college dean’s office or the Commencement Office. Cards will also be available at the college ceremony locations. You must have a name card to cross the stage at a college ceremony.

• Schedule in the event of inclement weather.

Handicap accessibility
For the main ceremony, handicap parking will be in the metered lot west of Lucina Hall. A guest drop-off location will be on Riverside Drive in front of the David Owsley Museum of Art. There will be two designated seating areas for guests in wheelchairs.

Diploma mailing
Diplomas for master’s, bachelor’s, and associate’s degree recipients will be mailed 4-8 weeks after commencement. Your diploma will not be mailed if you have a balance due to the university and a bursar hold on your account.
