The Northeast Indiana Area Health Education Center invites you to attend:

13th Annual Indiana Conference on Cultural Competency for Behavioral Healthcare

“Eliminating Disparities in Mental Health”

This conference targets healthcare professionals who interact with clients at a primary or secondary level, including: mental health providers, substance abuse providers, nurses, physicians, public health officials, researchers, behavioral health specialists, social workers, health educators, healthcare administrators, and other healthcare staff and professionals. Students, legislators, policy-makers, policy advocates, and others involved in cross-cultural interactions are also encouraged to attend.

Student scholarships for full-time Ball State undergraduate or graduate students are available through the Northeast Indiana Area Health Education Center, housed in Building Better Communities at Ball State University. To apply for a student scholarship, contact Cathy Whaley.
