6 Customer Service Training Sessions - Mar, Apr, and May

Sign up now for six customer service training sessions in March, April, and May 2014 (each one is 3-hours). Please note these sessions align with BSU Strategic Plan initiatives to provide customer service training opportunities to Ball State University employees.

The most important parts of providing exceptional customer service include identifying WHO your customers are, discover their unique needs, and HOW you can bring delight to each interaction. In this highly interactive, discussion-rich session, trainer-consultant Michelle Baker will help participants answer those questions, as well as learn tips for handling both external and campus customers and exceeding their expectations.

Ball State has improved customer service through the Roll Out the Red program. How do we move from the bar from good customer service to great? During this session, Jerry Winans from the Ball State Learning and Development Office will share ideas about improving customer service. Using three principles (Simplify, Own the Situation, Show You Care) this session will explore how to move from good to great customer service.

Michelle Sybesma will show you how to supercharge the customer experience! When properly integrated, customer service can be a window to new experiences with co-workers, students, alumni, donors and more. Encounter how learning more about your actions can actually help you better create an environment of energy towards rolling out a truly "Red" campus-wide experience.
