Join us for a day of education, screenings, and resources. Create a family health history profile that you can print & take to each health professional visit. Participate in health screenings, workshops, and one-on-one consultations. Receive a flash drive of health education resources (supplies limited). Learn about your medications, generic vs. brand name, etc. Receive health educational consultations & materials.
