The time has come to Take Charge!

You have a manual for your car, for your computer and electronic devices ... even for your toaster. But do you keep a manual on YOU? Do you have one place where you store all your vital health information?

The time has come to Take Charge! By pulling together your personal health information and securing a primary care provider you will be ready to play a more active role in your care.

Our latest wellness challenge, Take Charge, begins January 30. At the end of the 8-week challenge, you will have a completed a confidential health manual for yourself that includes: Health Contact Information, Medication listing, Health Information, Medical Document, Health Numbers, Family Medical Tree, Medical Visits and A Primary Care Provider. No meetings are required. You will receive information via email or campus mail based on your preference.

LiveWell DPP Information Session - Learn more about the 15-week program designed to lower risk for type 2 diabetes.

Massage Therapy - Be mindful of the moment and relax with a 10 minute seated chair massage. A licensed massage therapist will be available for onsite chair massages. You may schedule 10 minute segments for $10. Schedule your appointment by call Working Well at 765-285-9355.

Lunch and Learn—Dining Out: Navigating the Fast Food Lane - Eating out doesn't have to sabotage your diet. Learn smart-eating strategies for choosing food carefully and decoding menu terms. Gather ideas on what to order at popular restaurants. This Lunch and Learn will be presented by the Registered Dietitian from the Nutrition Assessment Lab.
