Join the Eat Well Live Well Challenge!

How to sign up

Sign up starting April 21 on the LifeWorks Wellness site, and start logging your food on Monday, May 5, when the challenge begins. To get started:

  • Go to www.lifeworks.com and log in with your personal account. *If you have taken the Life Health Assessment online in the past, you should have a personal account already set up.
  • If you don’t have a personal account, log in as:
    - username: ballstate
    - password: cardinals
  • Click on the Wellness feature, then on the “Click Here” link to the online wellness tools at the top of the page. (If you don’t have a personal account, you’ll be prompted to register for one. Use that personal login every time you return to the site to log your food.)
  • When you've opened the LifeWorks Wellness site, sign up for the challenge.
  • TEAMS are identified by building abbreviations. Select your team based on the building in which you primarily work. If your building is not listed, select “Other”.
  • On May 5, begin logging your fruit and vegetable portions using the Fruit and Veggie Tracker on the LifeWorks Wellness site (lower left side of screen).
  • You will receive weekly emails with helpful information and leaderboard updates.HealthyNow Mobile App available through LifeWorks.com
