The Field Station and Environmental Education Center invites interested community members to become a docent for the greenhouses located in Christy Woods on the Ball State campus.

Upon completing four evening training sessions, volunteer docents will assist with tours and greet and guide visitors to the greenhouses, initially beginning with the new Rinard Orchid Greenhouse opening in spring, 2014.

The first training meeting will be October 29, continuing through November, 2013. The two hour sessions will begin at 7:00 p.m. in room CL (Cooper Life) 126. Parking is free and available in the lot adjacent to Cooper Science Building.
