If you’re worried about America’s energy future, but confused about the controversy over approaches such as fracking, wind farms or nuclear power, you may find your answers in the acclaimed documentary “Switch.”

Ball State and Arcos Films will offer a free screening of the film — which critics have praised as a balanced, authoritative look at the world’s most pressing energy issues — at 3 p.m. Feb. 12 in Cardinal Hall at the L.A. Pittenger Student Center.

The award-winning film is part of the Geological Society of America’s Switch Energy Project, and will have been screened at 250 colleges and universities by the spring of this year.
