2018 Staff Recognition Program Tickets on Sale

The 2018 Staff Personnel Recognition and Retirement Award Program will be held in Cardinal Hall, L. A. Pittenger Student Center on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Doors will open at 6:00 PM; dinner at 6:30 PM. The university will recognize exempt and non-exempt staff employees for years of service and retirement.

The winner of the 2018 A. Jane Morton Award and the names of the 2018 University Meritorious Service Award recipients will also be announced at this event.

Tickets go on sale Monday, March 12 through Friday, March 23 at the cashiers’ windows in the Bursar’s area in Lucina Hall. Tickets cost $15 (cash or checks only). Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make checks payable to Ball State University. If you are buying multiple tickets, please be prepared to give the cashier the name of each guest on your list.

Written seating reservations are required. Please click on the RSVP link for a PDF copy of the form and forward your completed RSVP to Marta Stephens by email, or by campus mail to University Human Resource Services, AD 350 by March 23.
