Website authors now have access to update faculty and staff listing and profile pages

This summer, updates were made to faculty and staff listing and profile pages. Today, access was added for department website authors, who can now update, add, and remove profile pages without having to submit a ticket to the HelpDesk. This includes biography content and curriculum vitae (CV) files.

Authors may learn about the changes online or by attending an upcoming information session.
Directory Information and Course Schedule Updates

Directory information and course schedules that display on faculty and staff profile pages are not managed in Sitecore. They are updated through Banner.
  • Preferred name: share these instructions with faculty and staff.
  • Title: primary and secondary title are pulled to profile pages from Banner. Visit the help articles link above for more information.
  • Phone, email, and room (office): email humanresources@bsu.edu to request an update.
  • Course listing: your department’s administrative coordinator or course administrator can provide assistance.
