Publish content to the Communications Center

The Communications Center is a self-service platform for the campus community to send mass emails to subscribers of various categories. Messages fall broadly into two areas:
  • Campus Bulletin Board for matters related to employees and students as individuals (ex. for sale, lost and found)
  • University-related news and events (ex. arts and entertainments, athletic games, research participants, dining)
Campus Bulletin Board

All faculty, staff, and students can publish to the Campus Bulletin Board. Please note: The "For Sale/Lease" and similar categories are intended for use of a personal nature. It is a violation of University policy to use the system for commercial use, financial gain, or profit.

Categories Outside the Campus Bulletin Board

Faculty and staff who need to publish University-related news or information to other categories of the Communications Center should contact their department head or division leader and request the name(s) of their department's approved category publishers for the Communications Center.

If you are granted access to categories in addition to the Campus Bulletin Board, it is important that you choose the categories appropriate for your content. All categories, other than the Campus Bulletin Board, must be for University-related news or events. Content of a more personal nature (ex. selling a bike or losing keys) must be limited to the Campus Bulletin Board.
