Publish content to the Communications Center

All faculty, staff and students will be able to publish to the Campus Bulletin Board.

This category replaces ALLBSU and the Employee Bulletin Board.

Read a tutorial that walks you through how to publish content to the Communications Center.

Once you are ready to publish, you will use your Ball State User ID and password to log in to the administrative page of the Communications Center.  The URL for that Web site is

Users generating content for the Campus Bulletin Board are responsible for all content they post to the Communications Center in accordance with the university's Information Technology Users' Privileges and Responsibilities policy.

Publishing to categories outside of the Campus Bulletin Board

Faculty and staff needing to publish news or information to other categories of the Communications Center should contact their department head or division leader and request the name(s) of their department's approved category publishers for the Communications Center.
