Greetings from the band department!

The Ball State Campus Band is currently having open enrollment for all students wishing to participate. There is no audition.

The band is open to all BSU students who play wind instruments or percussion, regardless of major. Rehearsals are held just one night per week starting this Tuesday night (8/23) from 7:00-9:00PM. The band will have one concert at the end of the semester, Monday November 21, 2016.

The goal of the ensemble is to provide an opportunity for students to continue performing wind band music at the collegiate level, but on a lighter schedule.

Music education majors are encouraged to perform with the Concert Band on secondary instruments.

You can either register for one of two courses:

MUSC 140 Sec. 2C Campus Band (0 Credit)
MUSC 341 Sec. 2C Campus Band (.5 Credit)

If you have any questions regarding this ensemble please contact one of the two conductors of the group:

Ryan Lovell – rtlovell@bsu.edu
John Williams – jwilliams29@bsu.edu

Have a great semester!
