Now You Can Work Smarter

By this point, you’ve likely heard about Work Smart Online, the American Association of University Women offers a free, one-hour training that helps women negotiate for higher pay and become better communicators. Now, the tool is even easier to use. We’ve improved it so you can navigate directly to the topics that interest you — whether that’s pay gap facts or negotiating tips — rather than being required to move through the course sequentially. Customize the learning experience to meet your needs!

The American Association of University Women (AAUW) advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research.
