NOËL The Musical is accepting auditions for three walk-on roles at their performance at Emens Auditorium on Nov. 20, 2018.

About NOËL The Musical

NOËL is a stunning new holiday musical from top-selling children’s author Eoin Colfer. Set in modern-day London, NOËL tells a heartwarming tale of a little girl who is preparing for her starring role in a school Christmas play when her mother suddenly disappears. To avoid being taken into care, Noël keeps her mother’s disappearance a secret and embarks alone on a quest to find her.

How to Audition

Emens Auditorium is accepting video auditions for the parts of Barnabas (adult male), Emily (adult female), and Cody or Greta (11-14 year old child). Submissions should include a headshot and two-minute video with the following elements:

  • Introduction
  • Theatrical background
  • Reason for auditioning
  • Demonstration of range with 16 bars of audition music

Submissions are to be submitted via email to emens@bsu.edu by September 28, 2018 and will be reviewed by NOËL's Executive Director.

Each audition video will be released for a social media views contest, of which the video with the most views will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the show. Every video with at least 500 views will receive one ticket and will be admitted to an exclusive cast Meet & Greet after the performance.

Casting will be announced on Nov. 5, 2018 and rehearsal information will be distributed thereafter. For audition questions, call 765-285-1544.
